Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by DH Sharpening.

Final Sale of Services

Due to the permanent and irreversible nature of sharpening services, all sales are final. Once a knife, scissor, blade, or tool has been sharpened, the service cannot be reversed. Accordingly, DH Sharpening does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges for any completed sharpening services.

Scope of Services

Each item submitted for sharpening is evaluated and serviced using methods determined appropriate for its condition, design, and intended use. Variations in results may occur due to factors including, but not limited to, material composition, prior sharpening, wear, damage, or manufacturing characteristics. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Limitation of Remedies

In the event a customer believes a service has not been performed in accordance with professional standards, the customer must notify DH Sharpening within a reasonable time following service completion. While refunds are not provided, DH Sharpening reserves the sole discretion to review the service performed and determine whether any corrective action is warranted.

Customer Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment, submitting items for service, or otherwise engaging DH Sharpening, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy in full.

Policy Modifications

DH Sharpening reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
